The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We encountered a terrible odor in the first room that forced us to change, impacting our initial experience.

The loud music blasting from the nearby club until 3 AM makes sleep nearly impossible!!! Communication issues among the staff created unnecessary frustration during my stay!!! The rooftop pool was shallow and appeared dirty!!! So many opportunities for improvement!!!

Is it hype or the real deal?
The location was fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, just a brief stroll to the beach. The sunny rooftop pool provided spectacular sunset views.
The noise from the neighboring nightclub was overwhelming at night, making restful sleep a challenge for many guests.

I loved lounging by the two pools, especially the rooftop one with a bar. it made for a great chill-out spot. The hot tub and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the music by the pool could be a bit loud at times! 🌞

perfect spot for exploring kuta and legian attractions
during my stay, I really enjoyed the close proximity to the vibrant dining options like Made's Coffee and Graywolf Cafe, which were just a few steps away, as well as the easy walk to the beautiful Kuta Beach, only 300 meters from the hotel, making it an ideal base for city strolls and landmark discoveries.

missingWrote a review on 25 Juncomplimentary drinktwo poolshousekeeping issuesnoise disturbances
The location near Legian's bustling street life offered great access to eateries and shops. Pool access to the rooftop bar provided a lovely spot for relaxation, especially at sunset. The two pools were quite refreshing for a dip after a long day of exploring. housekeeping left much to be desired. my room had visible dust and the bathroom could have used a deeper clean. I really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the Netflix option on the flat-screen TV. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby clubs disrupted sleep, despite receiving ear plugs at the front desk. The breakfast selection felt limited, and service at the omelet station lacked attentiveness.
